When it comes to service, there are some things we believe in. We believe that the spa experience should be affordable and enjoyable. That every client should be treated like a special guest in our home. We believe that a one hour service should last a full 60 minutes. We believe that no guest should ever be left alone during a treatment and that our customers should receive our undivided attention while they are here. We believe that our services should do exactly what we say they will do; so no, you won't lose 15 pounds in an hour with a body treatment or look 10 years younger after a facial or a peel. We believe in quality and consistancy, so that every time you come in, you get the same quality service no matter who you see. Our core philosophy is that each client who visits us should receive the spa experience and service that we would expect to receive ourselves.
Our Staff
Our staff is the foundation of our service philosophy. All the members of our service team are licensed professionals, with a wide range of knowledge and experience. We carefully screen all prospective employees for the skills and attributes that support our vision of quality client care. Upon joining our team, all our service providers complete a vigorous in house training program and are required to pass a skill certification exam prior to being scheduled for hands on services with clients. This assures that all of our clients receive the utmost in service quality and customer service.
