There is two hour parking available on 32 nd Avenue, with no time limit on Sundays. Our clients may also park in the lot across the street from us, in the unmarked spots to the east side of Peaberry Coffee.
Take I-25 north to exit 212B, Speer Blvd North. Take Speer north to 32 nd Avenue (the first light AFTER Federal Blvd). You will want to be in the left lane. At the light, turn left (left lane must turn left) and go approximately 3 ½ blocks. We are on the left side of the street, across from the Peaberry Coffee.
Take C470 north to 1-70 east. Proceed east on 1-70 to the Harlan/Sheridan exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right. Go south on Harlan to 32 nd Avenue (approximately 12 blocks). Turn left on 32 nd to Lowell Blvd. We are ½ block to the east of Lowell on the right hand side of the street.
Take 6 th Avenue east to Sheridan. Turn left on Sheridan to 32 nd Ave. Turn right on 32 nd and go east to Lowell Blvd. We are ½ block east of Lowell on the right hand side of the street.
Take I-25 south to I-70 west. Exit Lowell (1 st exit past Federal) Turn left on Lowell and go south to 32 nd Ave. Turn left on 32 nd. We are ½ block east of Lowell on 32 nd Ave.
Take US 36 ( Boulder turnpike) to Sheridan Blvd. Go south on Sheridan to 32 nd Avenue. Turn left on 32 nd and go east to Lowell Blvd. We are ½ block east of Lowell on the right hand side of the street.
From Cherry Creek, Capitol Hill, or Downtown
Go to Speer. Take Speer north through downtown, over I-25 continuing northwest, past Federal Blvd to the next light. Be in the left lane. At the light, turn left (Speer ends at this point and the left lane must turn left). Proceed west on 32 nd Avenue approximately 3 to 4 blocks to Julian Street. We are ½ block west of Julian, across from Peaberry Coffee.
