How’d we do?

Orchids and onions is what we call client feedback.  When a client lets us know we did a great job, we call that getting an orchid.  And when a client lets us know that we biffed it, we call that an onion.  We need both.  Orchids give us that occasional pat on the back that we all need sometimes and onions show us what we need to work on to do better.
