Our licensed, certified massage therapists offer a variety of styles and techniques to meet your specific requirements. While the modality of massage is based primarily in Swedish massage techniques, our therapists will often combine other techniques such as deep tissue, trigger-point (neuromuscular) therapy, myofascial release, stretching and sports massage to achieve your desired results. Our massages are available in 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute sessions.

90 minute massage $90.00

Allows our practitioner additional time to perform site specific work on the neck, back and shoulder area, in addition to the traditional full body massage. This service includes scented hot towels applied to the back, neck and feet.

60 minute massage - $65.00

  A one hour massage usually involves work to the entire body, though at the customers’ request, this traditional massage can be redirected to focus more time on specific areas such as the neck, back, shoulders, legs or feet. Includes hot towel application to the back, neck and feet.

45 minute massage  - $50.00

An abbreviated version of our 60 minute massage, sans hot towels. We can perform a full body massage or we can focus on more site specific work during the session.

30 minute massage - $40.00

This massage is typically site specific, focusing on trouble spots such as the neck, back and shoulders.


Warm Stone Massage

Smooth, basalt river stones surround you with heat and relaxation, penetrating your muscles at a deep level. This massage can provide the benefits of multiple massage sessions in one treatment and is excellent for chronic conditions and significantly reduces pent up stresses.

Pre and Post Natal Massage

Moms to be can benefit greatly from massage both during and after pregnancy. Prenatal massage can promote relaxation, reduce physical and mental stress, relieve neck and back pain and improve circulation. Our use of The Body Cushion allows Mom to lie face down in comfort on any massage table, or we can perform the massage “sideline” using multiple pillows for support. Our standard massage rates apply to prenatal massage; just let us know when you schedule your appointment that it is prenatal.

Please note: prenatal massage can be counter indicated in the first trimester. Please consult with your physician prior to scheduling a prenatal massage, especially if you are experiencing a difficult or challenging pregnancy.


Treat Your Feet

This service is all about pampering those tired tootsies. First, enjoy a soothing soak in our jetted pedicure tub, and then relax as your therapist performs massage magic on your calves and feet. We follow the massage up with a luxurious paraffin treatment. A great way to reward yourself after a long day of running, walking, standing, shopping or dancing.
