Spa FAQ
• Do you have a shower, steam room or locker room in your facility?
o Due to the age and size of our building, we do not have a steam room, shower or locker facilities. When receiving multiple services, our staff provides you with an oversize tote for your belongings, a robe and slippers. Dressing and undressing is done in the treatment room.
• Can I choose which room I receive my services in?
o We will do our best to accommodate special room requests whenever possible. However, due to demand and service type, we may not be able to schedule your service in the specific room you requested.
• Are there places to eat near the spa?
o We are literally surrounded by great restaurants! Everything from fine dining to casual take out is available in Highland Square. Feel free to consult our staff for specific recommendations.
• Help!! My babysitter just fell through. Can I bring my child with me during my service?
o Unfortunately, we are unable to allow children into our treatment rooms during services and our front desk staff is very busy and unable to babysit. However, right down the street from our facility is a great drop in day care www.all-in-a-days-play.com. You can contact them at 720-335-6579 for more information.
• I love the tree in the summer room! How did you do it?
o Twisted brown butcher paper, a staple gun, a glue gun and some silk leaves from Michaels. Just twist the paper into long strips and staple them to the wall. When you have finished the trunk and branches, use your glue gun to attach the leaves to the tree.
• Where can I park?
o Parking is a huge issue here in the Highlands. There is 2 hour parking on the streets immediately surrounding the spa. If your service is longer than 2 hours or if you are having difficulty finding a space, we do have limited space in the alley behind our building. We ask that if you park behind the spa that you leave your keys at the front desk, just in case we need to move your car while you are in service.
