COVID-19 Policies

The health and safety of our employees and our guests is of the utmost importance to us. The following are changes to our processes and protocols due to COVID 19 and what you can expect during your visit.

While all of our staff are vaccinated, any employee who is exhibiting signs of illness is removed from service immediately and sent to the doctor for evaluation and treatment. Please be understanding if we need to cancel or change your appointment due to illness. We will do our best to accommodate you with as little disruption as possible. If you are ill, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment; we will gladly reschedule you for a time when you are feeling better. We will waive any cancellation charges due to illness, provided we are notified within a reasonable amount of time.

All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card or gift certificate at the time of scheduling. We are currently unable to accommodate walk in appointments.

Please honor social distancing protocols whenever possible.  If you are not using the steam room and are only receiving a single service, we will ask you to continue to dress and undress in the treatment room.
